Hi!
I’m Chris Krammer, a Registered Physiotherapist and avid human performance enthusiast.
Initially inspired by my love of sport and physical training, I pursued a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at UBC, with the goal of becoming a Strength and Conditioning Coach. During my undergraduate, I worked as a personal trainer for older adults, and as a Student Strength & Conditioning Coach for the UBC Varsity Athletes. During this time, I became frustrated by the impact of recurrent pain and injury on my clients’ and athletes’ performance, and their ability to feel their best. I resolved to pursue a Masters in Physical Therapy, with the goal to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to help solve the problems that were limiting my clients’ performance and enjoyment of life.
After graduating in 2019, equipped with an extensive exercise background and thorough clinical foundation, I built a successful physiotherapy practice in Vancouver and Richmond, and have recently moved from Vancouver to a clinic in Surrey, as well as expanding my services into the online space. Throughout this time, I’ve continued to develop an ever-deepening holistic understanding of the Human Machine, and maintaining my goal to continue serving my clients as a guide and facilitator in their rehabilitation journeys, giving each the tools they need to take direct control of their health.
When I’m not helping clients return to their favorite activities, I enjoy wood and metalworking, painting, and finding my own moments of flow through snowboarding. climbing, and training jiu jitsu.
